Location and Production Services
Emails are answered in the order they are received during regular business hours Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We hope to reply as soon as possible to your message. Due to the number of messages received daily, please take notice of the following estimated reply times:
- If your message is regarding information for planning an upcoming visit or a general park inquiry, our current response time can take anywhere from 2-3 business days, if not before.
- If your message is a comment regarding your recent visit to the park, either positive or negative, our current response time can take anywhere from 5-7 business days, if not before. When leaving a comment from a previous visit, please provide as much specific information as possible. This may include – approximate date and time of visit, specific location (ride, attraction or venue) inside the park, etc. Please note that comments of a highly sensitive nature may take additional time to respond to.

If you require immediate assistance for a general park inquiry, please call 1-800-UNIVERSAL. Live associates are standing by daily from 9:00am – 5:00pm PT for assistance. Otherwise recorded information for the park in general is available 24 hours a day.
